Melissa Snell prepares wraps by cutting fresh tomatoes for a delicious lunch. Everyday, she works her hardest to prepare the wraps students will enjoy.Nutrition services staff member Melissa Snell is one of the many people that make sure students have access to nutritious meals every day. Snell is excited about her first year at CPMS, and her daily duties include setting up lunches, serving them, getting things out of the freezer to thaw for the next day and cleaning between lunches. Snell is mainly in charge of the salads and wraps. CPMS gets its food deliveries every Wednesday and Thursday, but if the school happens to run out of ingredients for lunches, nearby schools help out by delivering them.

She really likes the food she prepares and says that it is much better than what she had when she was in school. The CPMS staff has 17 food concepts, and Lark’s personal favorite is the Red Dragon Concept. The staff tries very hard to have something different every day, with more than 50 recipes in the Deli section alone.
