BID-EZ Online Procurement System


BID-EZ
The Leander Independent School District (LISD) Purchasing Office utilizes BID-EZ as its e-procurement system. This web-based system permits electronic vendor registration, automatic vendor notification of solicitation opportunities, and electronic vendor solicitation responses.

Registration
Vendors wishing to do business with LISD are encouraged to register online in BID-EZ by clicking on the logo button above. Registering your firm will allow the Purchasing Office to process and catalog information about your firm and the goods and services you are able to provide to LISD. 
 
Notification of Bid Opportunities
Vendors that register on BID-EZ will automatically receive e-mail notifications of upcoming solicitations for the goods and services they provide based on their registered commodities
 
Online Bidding
BID-EZ vendors interested in responding to the solicitation can then submit a solicitation response online by simply going online through the BID-EZ system and providing the required pricing and other information as specified in the solicitation.

All notifications of solicitation opportunities will be sent to the e-mail address supplied by the firm during BID-EZ registration. In the event of a change in your firm's e-mail address, contact person, address, phone, etc., it is important to also change it in BID-EZ to help ensure that you receive solicitation notifications of opportunities to do business with Leander ISD. We also encourage you to include more than one company "User" when you register. This will help ensure that at least one person in your firm receives bid notifications.
